8月26日，商务部、民政部、全国总共工会、劳动保障部四部委领导到武汉调研家政服务网络中心建设情况。

    商务部副部长姜增伟对家政服务网络中心提出了建设性意见，对武汉在家政服务网络中心建设方面的所做的工作，给予肯定。

    26日下午，商务部商贸服务司副司长王德生带队，考察了武汉家政服务网络中心。该系统由郑州大象通信信息技术有限公司承建，已于近期得到了湖北商务厅的正式认可，并将获得国家有关政策和资金的支持。

王副司长到呼叫中心参观后，仔细询问了该系统的建设情况，大象公司技术总监崔迎九做了有关建设方案的汇报。在座谈会上，王副司长听取了该中心负责人肖学峰的汇报。指出，该中心要联合武汉较大的家政企业，将便民服务落到实处，实现家政服务网络中心公平、公正、公开服务，从而带动家政行业正规化、规模化发展。
